Takealot takes a lot but gives very little to the customer

Takealot took my order for two folding tables and a popup gazebo, promised to deliver by last Tuesday but only delivered the two tables. Daily emails to Takealot get a response that they are working on it,yet no joy. Trying to call them is impossible, when the phone rings they pick up and immediately disconnect the call. Of course they have my money and now I get the run arround with no resolve in sight. I have successfully ordered from Takealot before and now it seems that they are falling apart. I will most certainly not support them in future as the query resolution process in Takealot seems to have fallen apart.
