Takealot take their time

I logged a return for under warrentee repair on the 11 July 2022, I was told that the rapir was done one the 27 July The repair was done and i send in my delivery address vai email, but since then i am still waiting for the delivery, i was told if thgis takes more than 21 days i will get a refund or credit, i am not very happy at the moment, you are always very fast and i presumed i will have my drill by the long weekend because i have to do some work around the house, can you please help me solve this.All i get even today is, sorry we are waiting for the supplier
