Takealot take responsibility

I ordered an HP printer from Takealot and also ordered replacement cartridges at the same time. The cartridges were advertised as compatible. Today I tried to replace the cartridge and now the printer says it's not compatible as it's not original. According to the order, these are not refundable BUT they are advertised as compatible. When looking at the reviews for these items, there are so many negative reviews all complaining about the same problem. Maybe other people can afford to just write off R1229-00 but I am a pensioner and cant afford this. Has anybody got any suggestions? (I tried to contact Takealot via their online "help" system but can't log a return or refund as the item is marked "not refundable)

My rating will change once Takealot takes responsibility for this as the seller is deceiving buyers and couldn't care less. In my opinion, Takealot should remove this seller ASAP.
