Takealot - Take Nothing

I ordered camping equipment last week and the delivery was scheduled for Saturday 27 August 2022.

I spoke to an agent on 22 August who confirmed my order will be delivered on Monday 29 August 2022. I enquired again on the morning of 22 August 2022 to confirm delivery. I was again assured the order will be delivered by 17:00.

The order was never delivered.

I enquired again on 30 August, once at about 8:30 and again at about 15:30, about the delivery and was again assured the delivery would be made today. The order was NEVER delivered.

I drove down from Maun, Botswana to collect this order and have now had to go back to Botswana without my order.

All empty promises and no action.
