Takealot take faulty stuff and never refund me

I bought two heavy duty gazebos from takealot on 29th March this year. Within 2 days off use, the ons gazebo broke into pieces. Ive requested a refund on both, takealot sent a driver to pick up both gazebos,. Takealot only refunded me for one. I've been trying on a weekly basis to find out were is the other gazebo or my refund on the otger gazebo without any answer. Only reply I get everytime is, they will ask at the store. I really dont have money to waist or just right off because they stole the other gazebo. I dont know who I must ask any more. I've got all the e-mails on my phone. I need my refund money back
