Takealot, take all your money and won't help when something breaks..

Bought a lot of things from Takealot, most of the time they help and are great to shop from. Recently tho their customer service has declined rapidly. I bought a product that broke I asked for a return and refund. They retrieved the Item and immediately declined any refunds for the product, I tried to contact them about why they won't return the item because it was in the warranty period and clearly the product was damaged, and the warranty should cover it. They ignored all emails from me and sent my item back with no refund or anything, I would have been happy if they could meet me in the middel and send me something back or gave me 50% off on a new one. 1/5 Gladly update my review if they were to help me.
