TAKEALOT TAKE A LOT OF YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER

Purchased and paid for 5 items. Delivery promised on 1May. 3 May i receive an email stating 1 item of the 550 order worth 30 is out of stock and now order will be delivered on 16 May. I immediately cancelled that item and received an email stating i will get a refund in 3 to 5 working days. 4 May the email arrives saying delivery still 16 May. this with ALL ITEMS IN STOCK ON MY ORDER. I called and listened to their blurb of promises of 2 days delivery hahaha what a joke!!! NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. I sent emails to cancel the entire order as I am not interested in waiting 16 days for a 2 day order. I received their auto email stating hello we see you are trying to reach TAKEALOT please check your order online. Called again and spoke to Jonah who promptly cancelled the item. email received still with 16 day delivery. Called and spoke to Maria. totally unhelpful. Bearing in mind I have now spent 25 minutes on the phone. I requested a manager. Maria advised managers were in a meeting. She promised to email me. TO DATE NO EMAIL. I continued to email them cancelling the order. NO RESPONSE.. I advised i would take it to social media and i did. instagram, facebook 100 posts.... still nothing... today NOTHING, I went onto LINKEDIN AND POSTED ON ALL THEIR POSTS, I WAS INCREDIBELY NASTY CALLING THEM NAMES. I ADMIT TO THAT. I POSTED ON EACH LINKEDIN POST. i called again and spoke to Phelo who MAGICALLY managed to cancel the entire order and arrange a refund. I have to wait 3 to 5 working days.. TAKEALOT NOW HAVE HAD MY MONEY AND GETTING INTEREST ON IT... I requested to speak to a manaager... Managers only work from 12 to 5pm. I WANT THAT JOB..... TAKEALOT ARE ****MERS AND *******!!! Be aware there is a facebook page called TAKEALOT DOES NOT CARE with over 4000 people who have been de*****ed by TAKEALOT. BE AWARE BEFORE CLICKING PAY when buying from TAKEALOT. I have tried every avenue to name and shame them for the ****mers they are!!! PLEASE GUARD YOUR MONEY!! I am awaiting the promised phone call from a manager who starts work at 12pm whom the name given by Phelo was John. I nearly died laughing as he pulled that name out of his ****!!!! i will apologise if a John the manager calls me BUT I HAVE NO HOPE OF GETTING RESOLUTION. TAKEALOT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO GIVE THEM REVIEWS WITHOUT THEM REVIEWING THEM FIRST SHOWS ME THEY HAVE CONTROL OF YOUR MONEY AND YOU HAVE LITTLE OR NO CHANCE TO GET IT BACK. DO NOT GIVE UP!! FIGHT ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS MUCH AS YOU CAN DO NOT GIVE UP ON THESE ****MERS!!
