TakeALot = Take a lot of time to deliver.

Placed an order on 8 Oct 2018 and was promised delivery on 10 Oct 2018. Tracked parcel and saw that the courier was in my town on the 10th (confirmed by Takealot on the 11th) but did not deliver because it "could not find the address" but did not phone me for directions. When I started querying this, the takealot people started making up stories and insulting my intelligence by telling me it was handed to a 3rd party and then the the wrong hub, etc, etc. I was promised delivery by the 12th but nothing even happened to the parcel on the 12th according to tracking data. It seems I am being punished for complaining because according to the tracking data the parcel is being passed around between couriers since the 11th.
