Takealot take a lot of my delivery fees

I ordered an item...i was not informed the item was out of stock, so i ordered and pay delivery fee..about a week later i was informed the item was out of stock...i tried to cancel the other item but nowhere i could find a.place where i could cancel...in the end the other item was send to me..i got a refund for the out of stock item...so i ordered the item again...it let me order...had to pay again for delivery...item was send...it was the wrong item...sooo had to send it back...only got message today that they cant send me the item i want and was refunded again....with other words if i want to order anything else i will have to pay delivery again....i think takelot can close their doors...
