Takealot "Take a Lot" & give you *******!

This is the second time that I receive some ******* from Takealot & when I return it, they refuse! The first product came with no power supply and the input plug was not something that is used in SA, so I could not find a suitable power supply. Upon return Takelot told me that I had damaged the product so they refused the return. The second product was a re-order of a product because we liked the first one so much we wanted another one. Only this time they sent me *******. Now they are telling me they supp**** the correct product!
