Takealot take a lot!!!

I order a pair of specific sneakers with delivery as the preferred method. When my order arrived the item that was sent was not what I ordered. I logged a return and sent an email to takealot explaining what had happened. The item was collected and returned to a takealot warehouse. I checked on the status of the return and no replacement item had been sent and no credit had been allocated to my account. I sent another email explaining what had happened. Another special return request was logged, a few days later cancelled. I sent another email explaining what had happened. A replacement item was then sent to a pick up point four hours away from my home town????? I sent another email explaining I could not pick the item up, was told there is nothing that can be done, too bad for me. The item is still at the collection point. I have now learnt that the item will eventually be sent back to the warehouse and my account credited with the purchase amount less the collection fee. Thanks a lot Takealot for taking my money for nothing!!!!!!!!
