Ordered a product. Got the wrong product. Send it back, only to hear that the product is a non retunable item. I send them email after email... phone and ask to speak to a manager still nothing till to day..... so in other words= they can even send you a empty box and charge you for a product 🤔 and just refuse to refund you... based on ( non returnable item )
