TAKEALOT SYSTEM ERRORS AND DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Extremely bad service regarding an order that was placed, paid and confirmed which was 1)part delivered, 2)cancelled by Takealot, 3)replaced by another order, 4)yet still waiting for delivery.

After NUMEROUS calls and follow ups, I received credit for the delivery fee charged for the express delivery service, but none of the agents spoken to has even tried to assist with quicker delivery. ETA for a "express" delivery has now turned into a week lead time.
