Takealot suspicious reoccurrence - Electronic goods

Usually a good buy, but the last 3 times I used Takealot there is an issue with my goods. I am not sure weather it's second hand goods they sell as new, or if they are just careless. Now I bought a new Samsung TV from them when I turned it ON the whole screen was cracked, it was delivered by a suspect driver and collected by one also. Who knows what they do with the stuff before and after its with you.
