Takealot **** – Suspended My Account & Stole R21,000 Without Proof!

I am a small business owner who sold on Takealot in good faith, only to have my seller account suddenly suspended and R21,000 of my hard-earned money held hostage for 90 days! Despite providing full invoices, tracking numbers, and order proof, Takealot refuses to:

✔ Explain why my account was suspended ✔ Provide ANY evidence of ***** ✔ Release my money as required by law (CPA Section 75)

This is daylight ******* – they are *******ly withholding funds that belong to me while earning interest on MY money. Their "support" team ignores emails, and their ***** claims are completely false.

Takealot can suspend you anytime without proof

They withhold funds for 90 days (even if you did nothing wrong)

No real seller protection – they side with ****mers over honest businesses

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY! I am now forced to take legal action via the National Consumer Commission (NCC) and small claims court to recover what’s rightfully mine.
