Takealot Surverys and Vouchers

Takealot sends you a voucher for a R 1000. when you redeem it, they only credit your account with R250. I logged a few calls to resolve this issue and spoke to numerous ppl via E-Mail. Last mai I got they said they would get the accounts departmnet to rectify the Mistake, Then everyone went quiet. They also closed the calls. The last Lady I spoke to was Abongile who called me and requested a screenshot of the mail I recieved, which I forwarded numerous time when asking about the Voucher, that was the last I heard from Takealot.
