Takealot Support Service Very Disappointing

I bought 2 x cases of beers on Takealot and only 2 six packs was delivered. I drank some of the beer as i assumed the rest of the order will come later. After probably 15 emails, Takealot still can't resolve the issue. Each time my emails gets directed to new support staff and from their response i can see they did read all the previous emails. I get different responses from different Takealot people. Its really frustrating. I asked probably more than 5 times for a manager to contact me, but it did not happen.... I said if a manager don't phone me, i will go to public media. Needless to say nothing happened except another email telling me nothing, so that is why i am posting here - i am tired of writing emails to them. I gave Takealot plenty of time to resolve this before i came to Hello Peter.
