Takealot support is lackluster!!

I sent an item back on the 4th of March as it was faulty. The couriers were arranged to collect, they collected and the item was returned to Takealot. Since then the return authorization went haywire saying it was cancelled and then completed on the 11th and now 3 or 4 support tickets later I keep getting the same “We are waiting for feedback from the relevant department”. How long can it possibly take to get feedback?? It’s a simple return and swap but something seems to have gone wrong and nobody is helping me except to give me the same copy paste answer. The item was a gift for my father and now we are both waiting for somebody just to help. Return number is RRN-f0a0-61dd. Please can somebody just resolve this. Never had issues with Takealot before and now the first one is a horrid experience.
