Takealot support counterfeit goods suppliers

Like many people that buy from Takealot I am inundated with emails asking me to review the products that I have purchased. I submitted the review below.

Not the real thing I purchased there previously and they were labeled Kuchenprofi and were clearly from the German company. The ones I received this time were labeled made in China and a sticker was stuck over saying KuchenProfi. That is very disappointing. However they still work so I have kept them but I think it is misleading of the supplier

I got the following response

Rejection Reasons 19 Jul 2024 Thank you for informing us that this was not what you ordered. However, your review needs to be related to your product experience

Given the current publicity regarding counterfeit goods being sold, this looks to me like they are supporting their suppliers in the supply of counterfeit goods
