Takealot - Superb Customer Service

I have always experienced good service from Takealot but this one experience was extraordinary. I ordered a ceiling fan from Takealot and the fan was delivered. Upon installation of the ceiling fan, the blades are the last item to be added and when we unwrapped the last blade, it did not have the decorative moulding on it. I opened a case with Takealot and they kept me informed of the process. They were quite happy to collect the fan and replace it, but that would have meant that I would have to incur additional costs for the electrician to come back and install the new fan. My request was therefore that they just get a replacement blade or decorative moulding that was missing. Today the courier delivered a new blade with the decorative moulding. I honestly thought that I would have issues getting this resolved, but was extremely and pleasantly surprised. Thank you Takealot - I am one of your biggest fans as the overall experience I have had with Takealot is superb customer service.
