Takealot super service

I recently ordered an item from Takealot, to be fulfilled by a third party supplier. An incorrect item was delivered and I reported it online to Takealot. Takealot responded on the same day and the unwanted item was collected the next day. This is impressive, as I live in an outlying area. I was continually kept informed of the progress of the return process via SMS and e-mail and the options replace/refund etc were explained to me. Well done Takealot! Even though I did not receive the correct item, I remain a satisfied customer.
