Takealot super bad service

Takealot is very good at telling you what a first rate company they are. They are also very efficient in taking my money. But, alas, their ability to deliver my order on time is sadly lacking. I ordered an external DVD drive last Wednesday. Was promised by Friday. Today is Monday and I'm still waiting. You track your order and all they say is "Not shipped yet". Try to contact them - you may as well try phoning the post office. One thing is for sure, this is the last time I order something from this lot! A very unhappy customer!!
