Takealot sucks!!!! SUCKS-ALOT!!!

I ordered 21 items from takealot on the 26th of July 2022 I was promised that I would receive my package 19th August 2022 which already didn't sit well with me as that was approx 3 weeks wait when the recording when u call takealot says u will receive your package withing 5 days in outlining areas and 2 days for inland areas. Where do the 3 weeks come from. Anyway I thought perhaps they were overcompensating and would deliver sooner. No such luck! Instead the delivery was delayed even longer to 26th August 2022. I called *** and spoke to sibusiso sekhundla who told me he can either refund me or send whatever is available. He told me he cannot give me a voucher as I am NOT a deserving customer. Ref ***8. My order was for my entire family. My 6month old waiting for his teether, my husband waiting for his fishtail equipment for his business myself waiting for my planner that I will NEVER get because it is now out of stock they told me this 3 weeks after I placed the order. Maybe if takealot stuff did they job then my planner would have been in stock. This is appalling this is Terrible service. No sorry. No complimentary voucher. No complimentary nothing to say we sorry we kept u waiting for the longest time and still GOT NOTHING FROM 21 ITEMS!!!!!
