Takealot sucks

Hi there,

I’ve had the most pleasant experiences with Takealot until now. I purchased floating shelves that come two shelves within a box. When the item came to me, it came as a single item. To which I called Takealot and they asked me to log a return as incorrect. To which I did, a replacement item came and was just the same. This had happened 3 times. Eventually takealot removed the add and said they are receiving issues with their supplier. So essentially, it was falsely advertised! I since then have returned the shelves that I have received, it’s been just over a month with me responding to almost 13 agents for my refund and still nothing. And right now, all communication has stopped from them to me. It is ridiculous and terribly unfair.
