Takealot SUCKS!!!

I am extremely unhappy with takealot's customer service, I ordered 2 bags of silicone cat litter, one was delivered, i send it back because I wanted 2, when I queried where the second bag was they said it's been delivered, but I never received it. When I tried to cancel, I got the runaround and then a flat ignore.
