Takealot sucks

Absolutely shocking ********* behaviour from Takealot. I purchased what I believed to be a new XBOX ONE from Takealot for my son's birthday at the beginning of May, I received it and it had already been opened, my wife phoned and complained and it was replaced, 2nd one arrived with the same story, seals already broken on the box. Numerous phone calls and emails later. A 3rd one arrived in the same condition. Now nearly a month later, no management has contacted me as requested on multiple occasions, Takealot has now increased the price as per usual, tell me I must now pay the difference, I still don't have an X box for my son's birthday which has now long gone.
