TAKEALOT SUCKS ASS!!!!

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent order (Order No. #***), which I placed and fully paid for on the 30th of October 2024. The original delivery was scheduled for the 1st of November, but I rescheduled it to the 4th of November.

Upon receiving the delivery on the 4th of November, I discovered that the contents of the packages did not match the items I had ordered. As a result, I promptly requested a return, and a collection for the return was arranged for the 5th of November, with Return Number: MRRN-P5OEK-RAAW.

However, since that time, I have received no updates either through the app or via any correspondence, despite my numerous attempts to reach out via email and phone calls. The lack of communication is concerning, and I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.

Please provide an update on the status of my return and confirm the next steps for resolving this issue as soon as possible.
