Takealot sucks

I bought an Alva oil heater from takealot, Two weeks after the purchase I requested a return on the product because it kept tripping up at setting 3, had a constant tapping noise, and was not heating up the room on any of the settings on a very cold day. takealot returned a mail saying they were unable to return the item and would not be facilitating a return between me and the supplier. leaving me to fend for myself to contact the supplier, with a heater that is not working well in the middle of winter and a cold front. Be wary when buying appliances from these Takealot.
