TAKEALOT SUCKS

i placed my order 3 weeks ago - i called Takealot to find out where my package is. they advised it was ****** by the warehouse - NO FEEDBACK OR COMMINUCATION ONLY UNTIL I PHONED THEM!!!! Another week passed as i wanted to find out where is my package (as they advised theyd do a replacement) however the consultant advised they did not work on my order yet. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
