Takealot sucks

I am absolutely disgusted with the service that I have had this week. Firsly the pakage was delivered monday. Pakage seald. But the goods insite open. Looked used. Then to exchange. Oh my word. First it would happen the same day. Then email states that it would take place the following day. After more than 300 of my mobile minutes, it is now friday. 19:22 pm no delivery. Because they cant find my house. Eish. Ama stories. HOW DID THEY FIND MY HOUSE INITIALY????????
