Takealot sucks!!!!!

The way the staff of Takealot is uneducated is not even funny. They can’t explain or give propers answers. I spoke to 5 diff people and every time it’s a different story, I’ve ordered a printer from them and it’s now leaking ink and they advised that I’ve damaged the printer Lord knows how Now they want to send it back to me without even fixing it and it’s not even a month old? First time buyer and totally dissatisfied
