TAKEALOT SUCKS

On 8 December I ordered 4 products from Takealot, 14th 3 out of 4 were delivered. I was told the fourth product was lost and that they would order again. The 18th was expected delivery date, didn't receive anything on that date. I called them, they apologized and promised to order again, expected delivery date this time was the 23rd. I awaited, nothing came. I traced my order, the delivery date had changed to 28 December. I waited, nothing came. I then emailed them demanding a refund. They apologized and asked for my banking details, to which I provided. Today (29 December), they send me a voucher to buy from them again when I made it clear I wish not to have any further dealings with them. Why ask.for banking details if you're going to send a voucher?

I am disgusted by them and will never order anything ever again! I just want my money back! Not a ****** voucher!
