Takealot sucks

On 17th July 2024 I bought a twin tub defy washing machine from take-alot, within 2months of buying the dry spin was not working... I tried to log in return with them and they told me they can't assist I have to contact the Manufacture directly, I believe I'm their client and they suppose to assist me with such! Till now I'm still struggling to log a query/return with defy and soon it will be out of guarantee, im disapointed with Take-alot how they do business
