TakeAlot SUCKS!!!!

I have been a loyal client that uses all their services for many years. Made an order on Sunday that got completely mixed up and sent to the wrong distribution site (found this out after many fruitless attempts via the ‘helpdesk’) My order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and still haven’t received a confirmation- got two false messages stating it will be delivered, stayed at home the whole time and NOTHING!!! You cannot contact anyone to follow up on and the so called helpdesk is useless!!

Come on TakeAlot, you can do better !!!
