takealot sucks

I have never in my life had such bad service than now from Takealot. I receive my parcel but with the wrong item. I had to jump through hoops to send them the bar codes and pictures and this had to happen 4 times due to their uselessness. I was due to receive the exchanged item yesterday... still nothing. i called to escalate this but not even one person there takes time to bother with a customer. this will not end here. Social media is a powerful tool.

This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
