Takealot sucks

Horrible delivery and collections services. Never collects and delivers as per schedualed times...always excuses and apologies As if customers enjoy waiting for a driver to pitch up and then to recieve a msg saying the driver was at the address to deliver or collect...

Oh and takelot sells knock offs/**** branded merchandise..they should do some research.

Check aunthenticity of branded bags and perfumes ect. ..

I will never purchase from takealot again. And will tell everyone about my bad experience with takealot.

Still waiting for collections....collection time was before 12.....and the ghost driver apparently was infront of my house for collection....at the same time i was outside looking for this ghost driver...maybe the driver just lazy or **** or maybe the services just sucks.....
