Takealot subpar retail service

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the product received from Takealot. The box arrived damaged, with visible signs of wear, and was poorly sealed with tape attempting to hold the box together. Additionally, the actual product was covered in dust and had several marks. This is unacceptable, especially considering that it was intended as a Christmas gift. Thankfully, we opened the package beforehand. This level of service is highly disappointing and does not meet the standards I expect from a reputable retailer.
