Takealot Strike 1000 000
I placed an order on the 30 Octer 2015 and was told that i would receive my delivery on the 13th of November 2015. i get an email this morning to say that the item is out of stock which is supposed to be delivered this days for delivery friday. Every single time i place an order for an item that states 5-7 days for delivery get an email 2 days before the delivery to say its out of stock. This is very annoying and frustrating and Takealot seems to mess up every single order of mine.

We know an apology doesn't make up for the bad experience you've had, but we'd really like to try and make this up to you. As discussed with our complaints team we're checking with the relevant product buyer to see if we're able to source the item elsewhere. Our complaints team will revert back to you the minute they have feedback.
