Takealot stole R15 000 from me

On the 22nd of May 2025 I paid for an iPhone 15 the delivery was for the next day 23rd May 2025 the delivery driver did not come to my and said recipient wasn't at home, and he didn't even phone me and I was at home waiting for the delivery on the app it said scheduled for the 24th May 2025 when I got my package I told the driver the box felt like nothing inside he just said to go inside open it and if it's not your item that you paid for log a return, what do you know I open the box it's a mini power bank I log a return 5 minutes later same day of delivery on the 26th of May 2025 takealot picks up the wrong item the manager from the returns department phones me and says we have to do an investigation on what happened I told him my phone broke and I need a replacement urgently he said I have to wait for the investigation to be over first days go by and he emails me saying the the wait of the package you sent back is similar to the iPhone 15 weight so he has to wait for footage of the phone being packed I waited 3 weeks for the the footage I'm so frustrated at this point he then emails me saying in the footage he can see a white box being packed but he can't tell the difference because the power bank box and the iPhone 15 box they are both white on the 12th of June 2025 I get an email from Johannes.V saying they declined my return they packed the box with my phone and I must go to the cgso and theirs nothing he can do and his sending it to his legal team never got a response from them I waited over 3 weeks for an investigation for them to say you're not getting a refund.
