Takealot stole my steam cleaner

A steam cleaner that I bought almost a year ago stopped working. Takealot collected it for a return on the 28th of August as it was still under warranty. When I reached out to them on the status of it I received an initial response saying they would contact the warehouse and get more info. I haven't heard back from them since, and they appear to be ignoring all my requests relating to that ticket.

The warranty on the steam cleaner expires 28th September, so it seems like they're stalling until that date. This is pathetic.

Don't buy anything on takealot with any warranty fulfillment expectations.
