Takealot Stole My Returned Item

I logged a return on the 11th March 2024. After much back and forth with the supplier, they finally agreed to repair the product under the warranty. On the app it shows the return has been concluded as of the 1st May 2024. I still do not have the product, refund, credit etc. I keep emailing their support and all the response I get is they will get back to me. They never do! it is sickening customer services as the item is valued more than R4000.
