Takealot stole my money

We purchased a Fridge and was so disappointed when besides the factory fault it was dented. It was purchased on the 26th of March 2024. I am still to date trying to get a refund while living out of a cooler box Never buy big appliances from Takealot as you would nit receive the after sales service you require if you have a problem. Everyday I have to explain to a new consultant my story They have the fridge back and my money
