Takealot stole my money and won't contact me

The wife and I bought an Ing-co air paint sprayer from Takealot. We received and I never used it until the 3rd week due to time and weather. Finally got the chance to use the paint sprayer and found that the paint wasn't coming out at all. Did some research with YouTube videos and realize that the paint is too thick. Found out that it's not compatible with wall and ceiling paint unless it's thinned out. Looked at the description on Takealot and nowhere was this mentioned.

Returned to Takealot and they refuse to take it back and refund twice as it's been used. Now I'm R900 out and no one at Takealot is contacting me after numerous emails sent for communication.
