Takealot stole my money!

I ordered Running Shoes on 15 November, paid for special delivery as I needed the shoes for a race on the 18th of November. Received my Delivery on the 16th of November only to find that the wrong size was delivered (US7 instead of UK7 as ordered) Immediately logged a return. Parcel was delivered to the Pick Up point as approved on 24 November, and received the confirmation sms. 2 weeks later, still no response from takealot or any refund. Have been sending emails to no avail, when phoning on various attempts I just get cut of after about 20 minutes of holding the line. I am paying for takealot's negligence!! R 1,299.00 might be nothing to takealot, but for me it is quite a lot of money. Absolutely disgusted in the careless, terrible service regarding my money!!!!!!!!
