Takealot stole my money!

I ordered a bottle of Chitosan and when I collect the box from the collection point, it had a bottle of bile salts in it. I filled in a return and said that it was the completely wrong product and I wanted it replaced with the correct product. The return was approved and I returned it and waited for them to let me know I could collect the CORRECT product only to find that they had credited my Takealot account for the Chitosan, but not my R35 delivery fee! I asked for a replacement, not a credit! I want the product that I ordered! I'm not paying another delivery fee!!!!!
