Takealot stole my money!

I have never had issues in the past with takealot however this time was absolutely a nightmare and I still have no feedback. I made a purchase yesterday and the money left my account to Takealot Cape Town and it reflects on my bank statement and app. However the payment didn’t clear or appear on takealot and the app says awaiting payment. I have escalated to customer service at 8am this morning and they said they will send to finance and get back to me. However to no avail! This is absolutely unacceptable! The money left my account and went into yours and now you are silent!
