Takealot stole my money

I have had the most difficult 2 weeks trying to get my refund from takealot. They have continuously insisted that it was done. I had sent bank statements to them numerous times because the initial one was password protected. After sending over 10 times they finally acknowledged receiving it. The refund was never receive in my account and the statement was proof. All they rep**** was ABSA confirmed to them it was done. There is still no refund done. They have ****** my hard earned money R1398 is what they have ****** They refuse to acknowledge that the refund wasn’t done. They keep insisting that it was done but it’s been 2 weeks and still no money
