Takealot stole my money

Takealot service is absolutely pathetic. They collect the items back from you because the items they sold is faulty but then Takealot never returns your items back to you and they don't pay your money back. For over two months now, I have been waiting for my stuff from takealot because I had to return it because it was faulty. No one knows where is the package. No one replies back to you and the telephone number they provide, does not exist. So what does one do to get their money back.
