TakeAlot stole my hard-earned money...!!!

I buy thousands of rands worth of goods each months from TakeAlot. Last week, i returned a set of Winter Nighties (with tags still on), because they are incorrectly advertised and didn't fit me.

Said nighties cost me, through TakeAlot, R269.

I checked my credit a few days ago and saw that TakeAlot only creditedme wiyh R175!

Also, i have been a TakeAlotMore member, for years now.

I sent an email to TakeAlot, asking whats going on and where is my difference of R90 still owed to me by them, for my R269 purchase of the Winter Nighties.

Some woman at TakeAlot (Ms Thrisha. R), said that they will investigate it.

Investigate it?!?!? I paid R269...check my invoice log! You refunded me R179...check your system. The difference and also what you still owe me...is R90...use a calculator if your braincells cant calculate that !!!

I told them that i need to put in my next order today and i need my credit to reflect correctly, before i do.

TakeAlot staff just ignores me (like they always do to members, when they stole their money!)

I will now have to get my Attorneys involved. But rest assured, for the trauma, stress, efford and extra money now spent yo get TakeAlot to give me my R90 owed to me, TakeAlot will end up paying much more.
