Takealot - Stole Credit from account for undelivered goods

Takealot Stole R 872 from me - I ordered two printer cartridges in June 2020 at a cost of R 872 each. Total R 1744. What was delivered was a box of JIK liquid and a box with childrens toys. I logged a return and the collected the stuff after a long argument over email that I received something completely different than I ordered. Weeks later they refunded first the one order and then after another fight, the other R 872. I kept the Credit on my account for a few months for a rainy day. In Novemver 2021, they suddenly deducted R 872 from my account for no reason. Needless to say, the one cartridge still shows undelivered on my account, six months later. Now to get the credit back again is an almost impossible task. They just want you to talk to a robot.
